Bring a frame to mind.
A frame is a belief, story, or verdict about yourself or your project that feels heavy, sticky, or permanent.
e.g. “I’ve lost my touch.” “I’m not good enough to pull this off.” “It has to be perfect or it’s nothing.”

Imagine you have a favorite hat that fits your head perfectly. One day you go to a party, and everyone there loves your hat. They all take turns trying it on and admiring it. But their heads are different from yours. Some are smaller, some are bigger, some are unusual shapes. When you get your hat back, it no longer fits you in quite the same way. It’s been stretched out and distorted by taking on the shape of all the other heads.
This tool does the same thing to the beliefs, stories, and judgments that lead to creative pressure and paralysis. You’ll simply find they no longer fit you in quite the same way.
Bring one to mind, and keep tapping. No wrong answers. Get curious and see what comes up.
